Doctor Sponsorship needed for the San Antonio Conference in

Hi Everyone!

We need help! We have 4 doctors (YEAH!) coming to the conference in San Antonio this July. We need sponsors to help cover the cost of 4 rooms for 2 nights. Each night is $100.

Please, please if you can help sponsor 1 doctor for a night let us know! Also consider splitting a night with a friend or 2 (or 5 that would only be $20 a piece!!).

How do we go about getting you the money? I'd like to sponsor but dont know how it works!

You can sponsor through the conference site at http://www.cdhconference.org You can use a credit card or PayPal. Sponsors are listed on our sites, newsletter and the conference program.

The doctors are paying their own airline tickets, food, car rentals, etc... we only cover the hotel rooms. We can't thank them enough for paying for so much out of their own pockets to come help us!!! They are speaking, answering questions, will be around for our round-table discussions and there for our other activities.

Normally, conference speakers are paid + all expenses paid. For us to continuously have the world's best CDH doctors to want to attend our conferences and be so supportive of CHERUBS.... we truly are very, very thankful for them coming to help us like this.

Does a pizza party sponsor provide just the pizzas or also beverages, plates, cups, napkins, silverware?

Just as with the doctors sponsorships, multiple people can go together to sponsor the pizza party :)
