hi my name is justin. My wife and i recently have just discovered that our son has a CDH ;( we are still devastated and feel lost. I saw this information on the totoe bag that is full of helpful information and i was wondering how one applies for one? We just want to be prepaired for the worst, but definately hoping for the best.
