Financial Assistance for CDH families Still in the NICU

Are you a family who is currently in the hospital with your newborn cherub? Do you need financial assistance?

Did you know that CHERUBS has a Financial Assistance Fund that can grant funds to families? Please e-mail the CPAB if you are in need at cpab@cherubs.org. We just ask for you to give us a little background on your cherub and situation. It is super easy and we are more than happy to help you out.

We just ask that your cherub still be in the NICU and that you are a member of CHERUBS.

The CPAB recently voted to make changes to our assistance program for families. We are currently adding families that are in the hospital undergoing in utero procedures to help save their CDH baby.

We have changed how we do financial assistance grants. We now have an application the member must fill out and get signed by a social worker there at the hospital. Please email the CPAB at cpab@cherubs.org if you are in need of aid, tell us you are interested in the financial assistance grants and we can get the application out to you. Any questions please let the CPAB know.

At this time, the charity is not able to assist families financially. The financial assistance fund is low and we are in need of donations earmarked for family support to be able to offer help financially to parents. If you are in the following states seeking CDH care, please let us know (cpab@cherubs.org) and I can put you in touch with an ACDHO charity that may be able to help: Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio, New York, Maryland, New Jersey, Delaware and Pennsylvania.
