Holiday Card Submissions Wanted

Get out the markers and crayons for the kids, it's time to draw for our holiday cards! Every year we choose a drawing to use on our holiday cards. It's usually not to hard as there is rarely more than one submission! :(

This year will be different!!!!! :)

Cherubs and siblings are all encouraged to participate and we will be using ALL submissions on cafepress items this year.

The only requirement is that the picture have a cherub or angel in it.

None from us this year. Our 4 year old is yet to figure out how to even draw a stick figure. Drawing is not his thing, but he could sing you a song. Hmmm, musical Christmas cards :)

Does it have to be siblings only or can cousins etc. get involved. I am thinking this might be a great activity for all the kids at Gabriel's memorial bday get together.

Cousins can be involved too. The more we can pick from the better. We can always save them for future years. I would like to have them in by Nov. 1st.

My daughter, Alyssa, loves to draw. I have her working on some
pics. Should I have her put Happy holidays or any writing on it
or just a picture? Also I need some guidance. So I would scan them
and upload them like a picture or send them in an email as an
attachment?

That would be a lot more expensive for us to publish. BUT cafepress offer frames and we can use drawings to decorate those and sell them! Great idea again, Tammy! :)

Kim, I'm sorry, I didn't see your post before - yes, just scan them and post them in the Card section of the Album. They can write "Happy Holidays" if they want.

I can't wait to see them all!

When's the deadline?? My girls are both great drawers and being CDH siblings I know they'll want to participate. Rarely is there something they can do to give back or be a part. This is a great opportunity for them! :)

Deadline is October 31st for the contest for the Holiday Cards sent out by our committee, November 10th to be on the cafepress stuff.

Nate's Aunt ordered some of the kid's ornaments, which shipped very quickly, and she said they looked great! She was so happy with them that she ended up ordering some more :)
