Happy Mother's Day!!! I hope you haven a wonderful day today.

I hope the therapist said that they like to keep the kids in therapy until they are 3 years old. Hopefully Jagger shines in therapy as much as he did in NICU and we don't have to keep going to therapy for the next 3 years.

Wonderful news! I hope Jagger keeps thriving at home. Hopefully, as he gets older he will outgrow his reflux. Cherish every moment with your precious miracle.

I think that sometimes patience is the life lesson that I have to learn. For sure having a CDH baby has tought me to be patient. When he was in the hospital I had to talk myself out of kidnapping my own kid everyday. I am just thankful that he is doing so well.

That is awesome that your baby is doing great too!

Praying for you and Jagger. I am a very impatient person but one thing CHERUBS teach us impatient mothers is patient. Since my son has been home almost a year things have gone somewhat smooth and hearing how great Jagger is doing his and your journey will be smoother (((hugs)))

Hugs! I am the mom to a survivor who is now 3 years old and perfect, but I remember where you were so perfectly. Home seems so close you can almost taste it. We had NICU III at my hopsital which is where the babies are when they are on ECMO, CPAP or more critical. And then the step down NICU II where the babies go to learn to eat and do all the steps to go home. Our surgeon said to me one day when I was anxiously asking when we would get out, "We are your heros in NICU III, and your jailers in NICU II." So true. May the light at the end of the tunnel get closer and closer. HUGS!

Praying for Jagger's homecoming.....talk with doctors and find out there concerns on why they won't discharge him. Usually, they don't do all the tests unless Home is right around the corner. Hang in there, he is so close!
