I was a single mom with another child 10 when I had my daughter who had CDH I did everything by myself so don't think you can't do it also message me if talking or even talking with your attorney help it's not a easy road but it can be done my daughter is 23 now

I'm so sorry to hear about this struggle. I pray that this situation comes for the best out come for your grandson.
I too had a situation with CPS with my CDH survivior, fortunately CPS couldn't find any problems, so who ever reported me was blowing smoke.

All I can say is just keep trying because in the end he will know you have not given up on him. I will keep in my prayers as well as you. Caring for a CDH baby (depending on his/her case) can be easy or hard, but they didn't give you a chance to prove your abilities as a caregiver. HUGS for this difficult road.
