  1. Emotions Abound

    Good Morning, Precious Lion!

Nonna has been thinking about you much more these last few weeks. Bittersweet thoughts & hurts that will never heal. Nonna never knows when her emotions will spring up & overtake me.

I was on transfer rescue duty over the weekend. We had to take a 2 year old to FAHC because he had pneumonia. I hadn't been to the Children's Ward since your big brother spent 2 days there before you were born. As we walked into the ward, I became ...

  2. A Busy, Hectic Week Gone By

Good Afternoon, My Gorgeous Angel, Liam!

It has been a very long time since I've written on our blog. Aside from the chaos that is "life," a terrible GI bug has been going around our entire community and made a visit to HPHRC. 5. Julian on Zantac again and doing much better

Hi there- Im pretty new to the forum, and this is my first blog post. My son Julian was born with CDH in July 2011. We did not know he had CDH until he was 3 weeks old, losing weight fast and not keeping any thing he ate down. He was prescribed zantac by our pedi before we knew what was actually wrong. After Julians surgery, he was eating really well- but probably a month afterwards he started to scream and fight every time I tried to feed him. I guess I didn't really realize that he could still ...
