Yesterday was suppose to be the day that we brought our Baby boy home but Sunday Morning at 3 am. Dr. Kays got a call to the hospital because of Braxton's Behavior. The practitioners could not find out what was wrong. When Dr. Kays got there he called me immediately to give consent to surgery. He thought that Braxton had bowel obstruction. He said they may have to remove bowels or they may not. I gave consent and Dr. Kays said that he would call me as soon as it was over. A few hours later, he called back. He said that they did not have to remove any bowels and they caught it just in time. If it would have been any longer, it would have been much worse. I am so fortunate that this happened when it did and not after I got him home. I wish that it would have happened sooner though because he was completely off of oxygen and they had to put him back on a ventilator again and now wean him slowly back off of oxygen support. He is also not allowed to eat for another week. Please pray for an easy healing!
