We got the news we've been waiting for yesterday afternoon. Lily doesn't have any other genetic disorders! We are over the moon! We now feel like she truly has a chance and we're so excitied to get up to Philadelphia and get things in order for her birth! We leave Thursday morning and we have our first appointment at CHOP on Friday. I'll be 32 weeks.

I'm scared and anxious to get the ball rolling. I'm so ready to meet my little peanut and yet so scared that something could go wrong. I want to keep her inside my belly forever to know that she is safe. Yet, I feel like she's going to be a fighter and I'm ready for the long journey that lies ahead.

I'm so happy this is the path God has lead us down. I'm just so happy to have....hope.

Jess, that's wonderful news! Scary to be moving, I know, but if you believe God has directed you, stand on that. Lily is a fighter, and so are you! Most importantly, God is in control of the outcome. I pray He paves the way for you.

I don't know your beliefs, but have you been looking for scriptures on healing? I didn't journal much when I was pregnant--it made me think too much--but I studied these:

    Psalm 139:13-14, Malachi 4:2, Jeremiah 30:17, 2Kings 20:5, Proverbs 3:5-8, Psalms 30:2, Psalms 103:1-5, Jeremiah 17:14, and Jeremiah 33:6

Good luck with your move. Take care of yourself!

Christina-Thank you so much for the scriptures. They are very much appreciated! In times like these it's always nice to have God's word to lean on.

    Thanks![color=black:afebd82f1f][/color:afebd82f1f]
