Is this wallpaper extremely loud or what? I have to fix it ASAP.

I spent all day with some local volunteers folding and stapling newsletters. Paper cuts everywhere but other than that, it was a lot of fun. I did quite a bit of CDH awareness today! None of the volunteers knew much about CDH except that I had a son with it, so it was a neat day explaining all that to them as they looked over the newsletter. We even folded 300 golf tournament brochures and 1000 CHERUBS brochures as well. I am very lucky to have such wonderful people in my life to donate a day to do manual labor for us! :)

Tomorrow I am spending several hours catching up on the forums here... I am so far behind. I am reading them all but just haven't had time to post. But I am thinking about and praying for everyone, especially our cherubs in the hospital right now.

We were hacked this week. CHERUBS site and all my client sites. One huge mess that took me days to straighten out. I will never understand what's wrong with some people. I'm 34 yrs old and I still can't comprehend that some people just do not have a conscience. To go around and destroy other peoples' work just for the heck of it... there are some sad, miserable, angry, lonely people in this world without lives I suppose. But they are finally all straight except for Shane's site. I am going to redesign it sometime soon. I need to create his video too. I have to get all my VHS tapes onto DVD.

The event planning is non-stop. I have so many e-mails flying around, I can't keep up. I haven't even had a few hours to organize it all for the events committee to catch them up. That's on tomorrow's agenda as well.

Also on the agenda for this weekend are getting member lists to the new Reps. Fer - I swear I haven't forgotten about you!!! Stephanie, Shelly, Amy, Danielle and Barb... you women are angels and life savers the past 2 weeks with all the work you've taken off my shoulders! And all of our new volunteers and old volunteers.... I am so excited!!!! You are all amazing and I feel personally blessed to know each and every one of you generous, caring people!!!

Staring at a pile on my desk I'm dreading.... I have a stack of returned holiday cards to go through and update addresses in the database before I mail out the newsletters on Monday or Tuesday. Everyone - please keep your info updated... you have no idea how time consuming it is to log in to the admin, find a member's form by searching the database, updating it, saving it... sounds not too complicated, huh? Do it 100 times... it gets old quick. And about 150 e-mails were returned this week as well so I have to go through and fix those too. Please keep your profiles updated! :(

I am going to work harder at writing in this blog, I promise I am! :)

Please, someone with some coding skill, whip up some blog layouts that all pretty and can be personalized.

We have to get everyone using these things more often. The more people who come to read the ones we make public = the more awareness. And think of the family and friends who will be educated everytime they come here too.
