Good Morning, My Angel Boy, Liam!

Yesterday was Nonna's birthday. She and Grandpa came over and brought their new puppy, Avery. She and Lucy played like crazy. Your big brother finds it hysterical when they run and their ears flop up and down. I made a wonderful dinner- if I do say so myself! We had ice cream birthday cake and carved a pumpkin together. Daddy cut the top off, Nonna scooped out the "guts" and I carved his face. He's very cute, or "so cool," as your big brother says. It was a really nice evening and we know you were there with us!

This past weekend, Mimi and Pop-pop came over and we carved pumpkins with them, too. Daddy and Landon did Landon's pumpkin and I did yours! I really am getting a knack for this carving business! We put candles inside the pumpkins and lit them. Landon loved that! He thinks your pumpkin is the "coolest ever," as he says.

Your big brother loves to "play" with you! He asks for us to bring your urn down from your shelf so that he can talk to you and play. He usually builds his blocks around you, or races his Matchbox cars. He even trys to feed you his snacks! Daddy and I have been talking to Landon and explaining to him that although you are not here physically, you are in our hearts. He knows that you are in heaven and that you watch over us and keep us safe. He knows that you are Our Angel! Momma crys a lot when I watch Landon play with you and talk to you. When he sees me crying, he always says, "It's ok, Momma. Liam feels better now!" We tell Landon that there are no boo-boo's in heaven and nobody is ever sick there.

You boys are my saving grace! I never knew what love was until I had you and your big brother! I thank God every day that he gave me the honor of being your Mom! God gave me you, and although I am devastated that you aren't here physically, I am so greatful that I was blessed with the time we had together and the memories we made! I know we will make many more with you by our sides!
