I am 35, married 8 years. We are expecting our first child 11-10-12. Our baby was diagnosed with CDH at 22.5 weeks.

They think the intestines are in chest but stomach and liver are down. Heart is pushed to right side but formed and functioning. Baby also has clubbed feet.

We have been referred to University Hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio.

    look up fryns syndrome. or ask your doc about it. my son has CDH as well as a cleft lip. it could be t random things that just happen or fryns syndrome. but my doc says they cant really predict that now untill once he is born...

    I'm sorry, but I don't know much about Cleveland Hospitals, but I have a daughter who was undiagnosed. Her stomach and intestines where in her chest and moved her heart over to the right also. She had two extra holes in her heart from pulmonary hypertension. One closed, and the other one we are still watching. I want you to know that your not alone in this. There is plenty of people who love to help and listen to you here. Olivia is doing well. she is two yrs old now. Her heart moved back to left side on its own after her surgery. I will be praying for your family. Please keep me posted on how things are going....
