Dr. said he was doing good. He lost 3 pounds so he is changing his formula. He is getting 93% of what he needed with the old formula but Dr. doesn't think his body is absorbing the nutrition. We are giving him enough so didn't increase the new formula. He is very tall, almost off the top of the charge (maybe 98%). But his age and height put his weight almost off the chart on the low end. The Dr. didn't like that. He has been constipated so we have to use the miralax for a week and then as needed. He said to give him some Nexium for the next week since the constipation could cause him to reflux. Maybe that's why he stopped drinking his formula lately. He is going to get PediaSure Peptide. It is formulated a little differently to break up easier. So, you know, "We'll see how that goes". We talked to him about changing his feeding time, which we do at home if needed. But they at him being fed at 10 a and 2 p when he starts Kindergarten. So we had them change that to around 11 a (lunch time for the kindergarteners). The nurse leaves at 12 p and we can't trust he will get fed. We will just give him a bolus in the morning and when he gets home. Well, that's all for now. Everything else is going well. Send prayers that Kindergarten goes well.
