By buying and wearing our clothing items from our cafepress site you are bringing awareness to CDH to everyone who sees you wearing it! We have a ton of different items, for every member of your family. Wear them to your doctor appts, family reunions, school functions and well, anywhere! And especially to our member functions as we love to see members wearing them. :)
