PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS YEAR'S CALENDAR IS DIFFERENT!

Your cherub's photo will either be in the frame photos (small) or featured (larger).

The very first Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia Awareness calendar was created by CHERUBS in 2000. Since then our calendars have grown to include over 1200 individual cherubs!

This year, to increase sales and profit for our charity, we are trying something new. You can pre-order a 2015 CDH Awareness Calendar for $12.50. ALL cherubs whose photos were submitted will be included (up to 1500 this year) for free but those who sponsor the calendar for another $12.50 will have their cherub's photo featured larger (this is an example calendar page).

By November 1st we will post all photos that we have. We are currently at over 1700 cherubs this year!

ALL cherubs are welcome to participate; survivors (recent photo), non-survivors and those not yet born (ultrasound). Please 1 photo per cherub. Collages will be edited to show just one photo. If you would like to use a different photo than the one posted, please e-mail us a new photo with your information.
