2017 CDH Awareness Calendar

Calling all families to raise CDH Awareness!
Email your photos to awareness@cherubs.org by October 31st to participate in the 2017 CHERUBS CDH Awareness Calendar!

Pre-order a 2017 CDH Awareness Calendar for $15.00 + Shipping! All cherubs must email their photos by October 31st to awareness@cherubs.org to participate. (We will not be using any photos from previous calendars unless you resubmit them. Only photos from now until October 31st will be used for the 2017 calendar.) Photos submitted will be included for FREE but those who sponsor the calendar for another $15.00 will have their cherub's photo featured larger. Please just 1 photo per cherub. Photos with any text/wording or collages will not be excepted.

Be a Calendar Sponsor - $30.00 + Shipping (includes calendar with featured photo)
Deadline for photo submissions is October 31st. Please e-mail them with your cherub's full name to awareness@cherubs.org.
CHERUBS office will not mail out purchases between December 17 and January 2nd due to the holidays.

(By submitting your cherub's photo you give CHERUBS permission to use it in the calendar and other awareness projects.)
