We need a conference room for about 100 people. Needs to include chairs, 4 tables, screen and projector. In larger cities you can sometimes get a conference room donated if you book enough rooms in the hotel.

I am waiting with baited breath for January to roll around and the final dates and location to be announced - I am trying desperately not to get too excited in case things go wrong and we don't make it. But it really feels like we will!!!

I'm waiting for people to get back to me from a couple places, but I'm not getting any straight answers with the limited info that I have. They're not wanting to make any promises without knowing which dates we want and how many rooms we can block, things like that, and I don't even know what city Dawn is picking.
