Ok, we have a problem, Karla.... I got 5 files, which I guess are all the parts of the videos? But it's all in a format I can't read. Can you use your software to convert the whole thing into a video? Into 1 file that's in .mov or .avi or .wmv format?

Oh, thanks so much Dawn!!! I kept sending it a few times because I thought it wasn't working. Finally, I asked my brother how do it since he works for Apple. He's my source for all things mac related. Anyway, what he told me to do the last time I sent it must have worked!!
