The San Antonio tourist bureau will be sending off all our members info on the conference and info on San Antonio (totally free... saves us a ton of work and postage!).
And they are also looking into discount tickets for us. Usually we get better deals than coupons, etc. I know we saved A TON on Disney tickets for everyone when we were in Orlando. Hopefully we can do that again with the larger tourist attractions - like Sea World, Six Flags, The Alamo, etc.
We really want to try as hard as we can to make this conference affordable and fun as well as supportive and educational!
