Needs for the Conference

Dawn, what are some needs for the conference? Maybe some things that you need sponsored. I am trying to attend and should know soon if I will be able to make it.

We're covered for the pizza party and the hotel sponsorship. The only things we still need are...

- We're looking into buying a projector and screen instead of renting them at every event which is very expensive

- We need baby sitters for the kid's room

- We need kid's entertainment. Magician, clown, something like that

- We need round table discussion leaders.
