Our goal is to sell a minimum of 1000 tickets.

50% ($10,000) will go to the raffle winner
50% ($10,000) will go to CDH Research
50% ($10) of your ticket purchase is tax-deductible


Ticket Sales Contest:
◾The PERSON who raises the most money via fundraising or selling raffle tickets will win a 4 night stay at the Washington DC hotel where the 2014 CDH Conference will be held* (valued at $500).
◾The person who raises the 2nd most money via fundraising or selling raffle tickets will win 4 tickets to the 2013 Masquerading Angels Ball (valued at $400).
◾The person who raises the 3rd most money via fundraising or selling raffle tickets will win will win 2 tickets to the 2013 Masquerading Angels Ball (valued at $200).
◾The 4th - 7th place fundraisers who sell the most tickets will win a CDH Awareness T-shirt and 5 CDH Awareness Bracelets.




How Do I Buy A Ticket?
Purchase your ticket here through PayPal via Eventbrite or send us a check to CHERUBS at 3650 Rogers Rd #290, Wake Forest, NC 27587. Make sure to put "raffle" in the check memo!



The Drawing:
The raffle drawing will take place on October 26th live at the CHERUBS Masquerading Angels Ball. It will be videotaped or skyped and posted via our Facebook page.



The Prize Money:
The winner will receive 50% of total sales of the raffle tickets. Our goal is to sell 1000 tickets, which would equal to a $10,000 prize. If we sell under or over that number of tickets, the winner will still receive 50% of total sales of the raffle tickets - no more and no less.


CDH Research:
The remaining 50% of the total sales of the raffle ticket will go into CHERUBS CDH Research Fund. Our goal is to award another $10,000 grant at the 2013 Masquerading Angels Ball. In December we will hold a contest on Facebook to choose which hospital to send the grant to. Last year we sold enough tickets and also fundraised enough for the fund to give out 2 $10,000 prizes! 1 to DHREAMS at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital and 1 to the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.


Our Organization:
CHERUBS is a 501(c)III organization located in North Carolina. CHERUBS serves families of children and adults born with Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia (CDH). As of 2013, we have over 4400 members in all 50 states and 60 countries. Our Board Members include the founding father of in-utero surgery, genetic counselors, epidemiologists, pediatric surgeons and parents of children born with CDH. We are a volunteer-run organization and a United States Internal Revenue Service recognized 501(c)III Non-Profit Organization.
