    CHERUBS Holiday Project Submissions - Calendars and Books

    Submit photos and stories to dawn.m.williamson@gmail.com by November 15th for inclusion in these projects.

    * Stories of Cherubs Book
    * CDH Awareness Calendar
    * Save the Cherubs Calendar
    * Save the Cherubs Book
    * CDH Awareness Video

    Please include your cherubs name and date(s). Please include large size photos only.

    Submission of photos, stories and/or videos to our charity gives us permission of use for these and future charity projects.

    Must be a member of CHERUBS to participate. Join for free at www.cdhboards.org

    What to submit:

    SURVIVORS:

    * 2 to 3 page Story
    * Current Photos - normal, every day photo
    * Photos Wearing Wings - in normal, every day settings or in front of landmarks. Preferably NOT posed or looking at the camera (Save the Cherubs Book, poster and possibly calendar - only 13 photos are chosen for the calendar)

    NON-SURVIVORS:

    * 2 to 3 page Story
    * Any photo of your cherub you would like to share (story book, awareness calender and video)
    * Photos of wings - laying near a landmark, worn by a sibling, at the grave site (Save the Cherubs Book, poster and possibly calendar - only 13 photos are chosen for the calendar)

    EXPECTANT PARENTS:

    * Ultrasound photo (awareness calender and video)
    * Maternity photos with wings - over or beside the pregnant belly (Save the Cherubs Book, poster and possibly calendar - only 13 photos are chosen for the calendar)

    Please send only 1 regular, normal photo - we don't want to have to choose!

    Please send as many Save the Cherubs photos as you'd like.

    PLEASE proofread your stories for typing and grammar errors.

    Submit items to dawn.m.williamson@cdhsupport.org with CHERUBS PROJECTS in the Subject line. Please make sure to include your cherub's name and date(s) and the town that you live in.

    Tracy - mom to Ian, LCDH diagnosed at birth, 4/3/04. Ian was born at 36 weeks, spent 53 1/2 days in NICU, 7 days on ECMO, surgery was on day 5, 29 days on a vent, 23 days was an oscillating vent, 546 days on oxygen. Inguinal right and left hernias and undescended left testicle surgeries were done on day 48. Currently has heart related medical issues and exercise induced asthma, but is one happy, happy boy!! Also mom to Cole - 13, Shane - 9, and Toby - 4. CHERUBS Parent Advisory Board Member and Co-Chair, Volunteer Co-Coordinator, and Wyoming State Representative.
