Praying for the safe arrival of your little girl. Our little cherub will also be here in 2 - 3 weeks so I know exactly how you are feeling. It is overwhelming. We just keep praying for a miracle and trusting God.

im gonna let her stay in me all she wants! i dont agree with the 37weeks induction, i just wont show up if there gonna be pushing for something i dont want to do ill be around the hospital just incase i do go into labor, but i think they want to induce so early because i have diabities, to much fluid around her, shes gaining so much weight, and i keep getting this ichy skin that theny dont know where its coming from

and as far as kids she is my 3rd baby,
    my 1st cherub & 1st girl

I am suprised they are wanting to induce you at 37 weeks. My
doctors want me to go as long as possible. Is there any problems
with your health? The doctors have told me that the longer the baby has time to " bake" the better it is for his lungs. So, i definitely think that you are going with the right idea here. I was going to be induced at 38 or 39 but thinking that i might just let nature take its course. My hospital is only about 35 minutes away with no traffic. My luck I go into labor and its bumper to bumper, but I do think
that you are right about that. So, hang in there. Is this your first
    one? Prayers are with you.

Wow.. that is great news. I am not sure if you have read my post but we have gone through the exact same thing. They had us do an amnio and I didn't think it hurt at all. I felt a cramp that they said would happen, But I am not scared of needles so that might have been why you thought it hurt. We had to do an MRI as well to confirm that they thought it was CDH.
Our little boy is doing good too. All organs are down too except his bowel and his stomach is even down so we are grateful for that. How far along are you? Do they have you on weekly u/s?
I am 27 weeks. I will be 28 on Monday. I am so glad to hear that the baby is doing well. Thanks for posting, and keep us posted.
I was suprised that they didn't have a light in the MRI. They had one for me and it was blinding. Well, keep in touch.

    Elizabeth,

We did not know that our son, Liam had CDH until they cut his umbilical cord and he stopped breathing. I got to hold Liam on the day he passed away. I held him for hours and hours. Our two year old son, Landon is too young to understand what his little brother went through, but he knows that Liam is with us and tells everyone about his "Angel Brother."

My heart and arms reach for you! From one mother to another, this is a terribly difficult journey that no parent should ever have to go on. Just know that there are many mothers around you that know how you feel and are here to support and comfort you in any way possible.

My thoughts, heart, and prayers are with you!

I have tears in my eyes reading this because I will never forget the day the doctor told me that my precious baby girl had a "serious problem" All I wanted to do was scream. This could NOT be happening. I am here for you and praying for you. Be strong and keep us posted. Ill be thinking of you.

I have to say when reading your entry my heart went out to you. When are you due? I am praying for you for strength and understanding. We as well, have been on an ongoing roller coaster and back and forth from diagnosis' and just now got the final MRI report back that it is consistent with a LCDH. We are believing for a miracle in your baby as well as ours. Know that there are many people here for you during this time. God bless.
