Pasting pictures:
Staples charges $1 per 8-1/2 x 11 page of lamination.
I got a package of 10 clips for less than $5.
I used a sharp kitchen knife on a cutting board to make slits for the clips.

Oh I love this!!!!!!! What a great way to do this with the cherubs' photos!!!!! So much more personal that regular ribbons!!!
Awesome idea, Amy!!!
That is very cool! Thanks for the idea!
Awesome idea Amy!! Do u know what mil the laminating is? Is it really thick or standard? Dawn this would be a great idea ( I could do this!!) for the conference name badges! I just found mine from the Fl conference the other day and was putting them in a scrapbook. 8-) VERY creative Amy!
Barb, this would be a great addition to the nametags, then when can see the cherubs when meeting parents!!! Yes, you're so recruited to do this! lol. If you (or anyone else) has the conference brochure from 2000 please e-mail, copy, or scan it and send it to me! I can't find a copy anywhere!

Amy, that is a great idea. I am going to have to get some ink in my printer so i can make some for my family.
Thanks for the idea :-)
That is a great idea Amy!! Very creative I love it! Good idea for the conference too Dawn. Love it love it!!
Barb, it seems to be standard, whatever Staples uses. My normal scissors cut right through it.
Woohoo! Thanks Amy! I just love this idea!
Amy did a great job with these! She gave some of them to us at Faith's funeral. Faith took CHERUBS with her, clipped to her dress. We are also having a CHERUB laser etched onto her headstone.
Aw, that is so sweet Amy, both Amy's!!
You know what I was thinking today - it would be great to buy magnets and then glue them on to your laminated ribbon and you can put them on your fridge!! You can buy magets and your local craft store and cut them to size to glue . . .
Yes, the possibilities are endless, you can also use velcro and attach anywhere velcro sticks, or get the velcro straps that curl around themselves and attach like the clips through the slit. Attach to strollers, backpacks etc. I was also thinking that they might work in the isolets or cribs if they are allowed. Anywhere they will be seen........
Velcro - good idea!!! I like that too!
GReat idea about ones for the isolettes. I think that I will make some and mail them to U of M Mott Childrens Hosp. I know that they will allow it on there as they make signs for the babies isolettes.
Oh I love that idea!!!!!!! This would be a great idea for us to do for new and expectant parents!!!!
You all are coming up with some wonderful ideas!!!!
YOU GUYS are so creative !!!! LOVE IT!
to wear... you could get the north and south magnet sets. glue one to the "ribbon" and just put the other on the opposite side of your apparell! I need ribbon!!! for laneykate!
We are making these to wear to the conference! I am so excited! I think those clips are cheaper at walmart. We have a bunch from our U of M ID tags! LOL
