I can't believe the people kept them! CPR class is very tough for me anymore. I usually leave during the infant video and practical, I cannot handle that. Good thing is everyone's understands and no one says anything to me. I actually have never dealt personally with the NSC. That is nice they are sending you more books, is UPS going to pay for the others since they were not returned??

They are a salon/ high end beauty products, tanning lotions, make up. They are a national chain. I cannot hardly make it through teaching the respiratory part of anatomy for my first responders when i have to teach about the diaphaphragm! That is odd i know!

I think it's nasty postal people week... I tried to send 2 cookbooks out in a priority envelope the other day and because it weighs over 13 or 16 ounces (cant remember which), they sent it back - saying I had to come in and mail it in person. I live 30 minutes from the post office. I work. It's not easy to just run to the post office and spend more on gas than the books are worth. As if a terrorist can't make a bomb smaller than 2 cookbooks or anthrax powder weighs so much. Makes no sense to me why the USPS is making it so hard to mail things when they need the business so badly.
