I couldn't find where to say that I don't need a printed copy. Also, I get double mailings sometimes because I got married and both names must still be on here. Kristin Aigner is my name now, and Kristin Jefferson is my old name. I get stuff for Jefferson at work, osf st francis medical center in peoria il and for aigner at home. Either address is fine, but I didn't want you to have to waste sending to both. Thanks!
